While I deeply value one-on-one therapeutic work, I am equally passionate about the power of collective. I have experience co-facilitating multi-modal workshops and group therapy sessions, where art, mindfulness, yoga, and meaningful conversation come together to create spaces that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
